Practice These Habits to Be Happy
Many people are looking for their happiness in the wrong way and they end up suffering more and miserable.
Happiness is not a destination; Happiness is not the same as pleasure; happiness does not depend on external events; happiness is not what you have; happiness is not another person.
Happiness is a decision…
If you decide to be happy today no matter the consequences, you will start enjoying life. However, you want positive things to be happening in your life to make that decision easier to make.
I have found out that the following habits I am sharing with you make the decision to be happy easier…

Exercise helps you release dopamine. It makes you stronger, fitter, more attractive, younger, helps you lose weight and helps you fight and avoid many diseases.
Be Grateful. If you want to be miserable, Make sure to complain about everything. The opposite is to be grateful for all the blessings you have. No matter the situation you are in, there is always a blessing. I have met so many people who I believe have many reasons to complain about life, but they have taught me that their situation doesn't dictate their happiness. They choose to be grateful.

Help others. Years ago, I was lost thinking only about me, pleasures, money, parties and you can continue the list. I never really thought about anyone else. I always felt that something was missing in my life. However, one day I fell into depression when I talked to God and showed me that I have been born to serve people. Since then, I don’t have words to explain how fulfilling it’s to help others. The emptiness I felt in my heart is no longer there.
Eat healthy. Even though you can choose to be happy when you are tired, sick, ill and overweight, it’s easier to choose to be happy when you are healthy. Your health completely depends on the foods you eat, so choose your foods wisely.

Follow God. This is a hard one for many people. There is no happiness without accepting our Creator. You can always manage to live without knowing how to read, without exercising, without eating healthy, without learning, but that will affect the quality of your life and the decision to be happy. The same happens when you don’t accept God. You will manage to live, but the quality of your life will drastically diminish.
Continue learning. Learning gives you the knowledge to make better choices in your life. You become wiser. The better choices you make for your life, the happier you will be.
Take care of your loved ones. Love is happiness. You need to learn how to love your family and don’t be afraid of getting hurt. Just like helping others, take care of your loved ones and that will make your heart fulfilled
Continue your progress. To progress, you need to set goals and create a plan. Setting goals and following your plan and reaching your goals also helps you release dopamine. Not only that, but you are here to live to the fullest because God made you to grow as big as you can.

Accept. Last habit. Accept what you don’t have control over and the way things happen. There are things that you are not going to agree with, but that is the reality and you must accept them. Of course, you can do everything you can do to understand why those adversities happen, but once they happen, just surfer the consequences of them and accept them.
These are the habits that help me be happy and be sane…
Give them a try for at least three months and see how your life changes. Once you have experienced happiness to the fullest, you would like other people to experience the same. So don’t forget to share these habits with others.
