Stop Worrying About Money and Focus on Your Weight Loss

I know that weight loss gets a little complex. I also know that you have a lot to worry about and that is stopping you from losing weight. In all those worries you have money can be one of those. So here in this article I am going to provide you a way to manage your money, so you can start or continue losing weight.


Now before I start, we need to clarify that your health must be a priority for you to be able t

o apply what I am going to teach you. If your health is not a priority, this article is not for you. You must be ready to leave behind many of your old desires to spend money and start investing in your health.


Live under your means to take control of your health and life…


Trust me, you will never take control of your health and money if you don’t budget your money. Also most financially free people do apply what I am going to tell you right now. The key so you don’t worry about money is very simple, live under your means, save and invest. Then all you have to worry about is what you care the most. For me it is living my purpose under God guidance, my family, my health, my financial freedom, my personal growth, my spiritual growth and my hobbies.

At one point in my life I only made $14,000 a year living in my aunt's basements, with a broken car and I managed my life.


You need money for your basic needs for you to lose weight and stay healthy…


It does and doesn't matter the money you make. Money is only a tool to use for you to have a good life. Of course, you need to make enough money to cover your basic needs. What are basic needs, water, food, shelter, clothes, transportation… I do not know what else you have in mind like a basic need, but this is what I would need to survive and progress. If you only pay for those needs, you don't have to worry about working double, or making a lot of money. With this in mind, I am not saying you should not strive for more. The goal is to only spend on basic needs, so you don’t worry about money and you get to invest what you are saving.


What are not basic needs, cable TV, pay radio, cell phone wifi, extra expensive clothing, a fancy car, expensive vacation, toys, Netflix, premium amazon, alcohol, drugs, and anything that you use only to waste your time and money. If you focus only on your basic needs, you won’t have to worry about money. One day your investment will yield returns that you will be able to spend on things that you really want.

With the extra time that you have from not wasting your money and time on cable TV, pay radio, cell phone wifi, extra expensive clothing, a fancy car, expensive vacation, toys, Netflix, premium amazon, alcohol, drugs, and anything that you use only to waste your time and money, you can use it for your health.


You don’t have to pay a personal trainer or gym membership to start your weight loss journey…


You can now afford good food and you have the time to exercise. You don’t have to pay a personal trainer or a gym membership to start your program. However, paying a gym membership or signing up to a weight loss program is not a bad idea only if it is under your budget or means. You only know the answer to that question.


Money can help you with your happiness but money is not happiness…


The goal here is to live a life where you have your priorities clear. Like I mentioned before, money is important because it is a tool that you can use to pay basic needs, progress and enjoy life, but you can’t make money your king and the only thing you want.


Stop worrying about money...


Remember that for you to be happy and live a fulfilling life, you need to take care of many areas of your life

Your family

Once again, you must know your priorities and learn to have them as priorities and don’t let your emotion dictate otherwise. If you set monthly, yearly and longer goals, that will help you prioritize your life.
