The truth is that we all want the best in the world, but not all of us are willing to pay the price to get it…


For example, many people want to look good and be healthy and they get surgeries or look for the new product thinking that it is the solution. Other people want to become millionaires and play the lottery or get into illicit businesses or “promises of quick money without working” in the hopes of becoming millionaires. Many want a loyal partner to create a family with when they themselves are dysfunctional and are look for a partner in bars or on Only Fans.



In reality, what I mean is that if you are looking for the best in life you have to pay the price. And for you to be healthy, look attractive, and tone your body for life, there is no shortcut and you have to practice habits that will take you there.


Here I am going to give you 6 habits that you should practice for life in order to have a healthy, attractive and toned body for life…


  1. Eating healthy. It is the basis of any health program. There is no other. If you eat junk food, you will become junk food. If you eat nutritious foods, your body is nourished and you will show it as well. So start eating healthy and never stop doing it.


  1. Exercise. People who exercise can be seen from afar. They have a business card everywhere they go without showing it. Simply exercising makes you look more attractive. Besides, your body stays young, energetic and strong. Not only that, but it also prevents illnesses, helps you with depression and other mental problems such as anxiety.

  1. Control your emotions. Controlling your emotions helps you make well-calculated decisions when it comes to your health. For example, instead of being overwhelmed by the fact that you feel depressed or anxious, knowing that you feel that way and taking control of those emotions helps you not to refuge in food. On the other hand, if you are very happy, excited and want to take over the world and you want to celebrate regardless of the consequences, you will stop and think about the consequences of drinking or doing any other negative behavior. 


  1. Do an internal cleansing. Even if you don't want to, you are full of chemicals from what you eat, drink, breathe, inject and use on your skin. The skin absorbs every chemical you put on it. This causes your metabolism to not work as it should because the organs are not doing their job as they should. So doing a colon, liver, candida, full body and heavy metals cleansing will help your organs work as they should and your metabolism will improve.

  1. Love discomfort. Sorry if you are offended, but I have to tell you. If you don't love discomfort you will never achieve a healthy, toned and athletic body enjoying all its benefits. To have an athlete's body you have to love discomfort because discomfort is what makes your body change since it requires progress in your weight lifting program.


  1. Have a purpose. Having a purpose helps you focus on your mission in this life. Then a lot of your energy is on your mission and you don't waste your energy looking for ways to entertain yourself doing things that affect your health, like going out drinking, wasting time watching television, doing drugs, shopping compulsively or lazing around. You will always be busy working on your purpose and you will also be working on yourself.


Being healthy, having an attractive and toned body is not for everyone. It is for those who are willing to pay the price. That's why there are few of us who enjoy the benefits of loving discomfort, eating healthy, exercising, taking charge of our health, controlling our emotions and living our purpose.
