Get Real with Your Body and Health

Not too long ago, one of our trainers sent me a video where she is dancing Zumba by a lady who had butt implants.
I could not help comparing both of them and noticed the big difference...
I mean one of the surgeries looks obnoxious and not attractive, just like another person who I have seen with butt augmentation.
Of course, you can see our trainer toned and with an attractive body by this lady’s side and there is no comparison.
Then I asked the questions that I always asked myself. How come people who decide to get this type of surgery still go and do it after seeing the enormous difference in bodies even though they ended up with a disproportionate body?
I asked this question to different ladies and some told me that many of them regret their surgery. However, they do the surgery because they think that it will be different with them.

Last week I had a conversation with a friend who works in a big hospital here in the valley who is a nurse practitioner (the highest level of a nurse degree) who can now have the ability to do many things a doctor can do. She was telling me that people now are asking for the new medication GLP-1 for diabetics. This medication does help people lose weight fast, but only the first months because it suppresses appetite.
However, many people in their daily life are tired, with nausea, vomiting and even passing out...

But even worse, more than 70% of people end up in the hospital because of pancreas failure and some of these people’s pancreas need to be removed.
We all want the easy and fast way to solve our problems. We look for pills and surgeries or anything that we think will give us a fast solution to our problem without even weighing the future consequences.
I am not free of making mistakes. My goal is not to judge people who had any kind of esthetic surgery or made the mistake of using GLP-1 and lost their health. I have done many stupid things that I regret and I am not happy with. Body and Health is the one thing of the life.

So I understand that many made the mistake and to be criticizing them will not help them taking into consideration that I am not free of sin as well. My goal is to stop others from making these same mistakes.
Don’t make the mistake of deforming your body, losing an organ or even your life because you want to look good…
Start by accepting yourself, loving yourself and working with your body instead of against it. Then just eat healthy and exercise and be patient.
My goal here is to warn you that there is no easy fix for your problem. You must pay the price to transform your body. Period.
