Stay Fit and Slim These Holidays

Are you one of those people who gains weight during the holidays? You don't want to lose the progress you've made in these last few months?
I understand your concern. It happened to me, but I've found some methods that work for me to stay in shape during that time and I'm going to share them with you here.
While you're at home, don't forget to cook whole meals with more than half of vegetables. If you're going to visit family, help them cook and find a way to give your recommendations without offending them. If you're only coming to dinner with your family and you know that dinner is going to be heavy, eat before you leave your house, so you don't get too hungry and eat less at the reunion. Don't drink alcohol or drinks with added sugar. The goal is to continue eating healthy.

Continue with your exercise routine at least three times a week. Three hours a week isn't a lot to keep you in shape. If you leave your house to visit your family for days, sign up for a program or gym where you can do your exercises.
Go for a walk. Don't use your car for everything and walk about 30 minutes every day to stay active. Walking not only helps you stay fit but also helps you socialize with those who accompany you and walking also helps you clear your mind. Moreover, if you are visiting another place, you can get to know the place better than if you went by car.

Make your partner or friend your accomplice. If you have someone who has the same goals, they will support you in all these habits that will keep you fit. Whaether you encourage your partner or they |encourage you, but between the two of you, things will be easier.
Sign up for a challenge that will keep you disciplined during the holidays so that you are fit and slim. There are several challenges that you can choose from that can help you make good decisions.
