If you are ready to change this year 2025 and you are going to start with your goals and you don't know where to start, start by distinguishing what I call the negative goals that you are going to remove from your life and the positive goals that you are going to practice.
Let's start by saying that if you want your life to improve, then you have to improve what you do. But those improvements are not just for a few months.

Those improvements must be for life if you want your life to continue getting good results.
And goals are the best way to keep track of what you have been changing and what you have to change. Not only that, but with your goals you realize if you are really doing what is necessary to have the results you want.
Let's give an example. Let's say your goal is to lose 30 pounds this year. Then the goal is to lose at least 2.5 pounds per month. Well now you have to set negative and positive goals. For example, a negative goal is to stop drinking soda and alcohol. And a positive goal would be to start eating breakfast and drinking only water. With that you can lose 2.5 pounds a month.
See? With these clear goals you can see if you made the changes and if you are ready for another goal.
Well, since I gave you an idea of how you are going to set your goals so that you can record them and follow them, now we are going to talk about negative and positive goals that you can set in your life to improve your life completely.

Let's start with your health since I specialize in weight loss and body toning.
Some negative health goals you can set are:
Stop drinking alcoholic beverages and those with added sugar
Stop eating at fast food restaurants
Stop overeating so I don't binge later
Stop eating sweets and junk food
Stop eating in front of the TV and even better, stop watching TV
Stop wasting time on my cell phone
Some positive health goals you can set are:
Start eating half of my lunch and dinner vegetables
Drink only water
Eat on schedule
Eat fruit when you crave something sweet
Take your lunch from home to work
Eat breakfast
Exercise three times a week for an hour, Monday, Wednesday and Friday before I go to work

Go for a walk or run three times a week for 30 minutes
All of these goals are to improve your physical health. Now let's move on to some negative goals for your mental health:
I will stop listening to obscene, degrading, and meaningless music
I will stop hanging out with negative people
I will stop watching television and its sensationalist news and programs
I will stop gossiping and looking for gossip
I will stop criticizing others
And let's move on to some positive goals:
I will start meditating every morning for 10 minutes
I will read a book a month on self-improvement and other topics that will make me a better person and bring me closer to God
I will only hang out with positive people
I will only listen to selected music that helps me improve my mental state
I will find three things for which I will be thankful every morning
This will help you improve your mental health. The following example is financial. Some negative goals:
I will stop spending on things I don't need
I will not go out to eat more than twice a week
I will not go into debt anymore
I will not buy just for luxury or the desire to show off what I don't have
Some positive goals are:
I will save 10% of all my earnings
I will give 10% of my earnings to organizations that improve the world
I will pay off all my credit cards
I will specialize and study my career in more depth to earn 50% more than I earn
I will invest in businesses with integrity

This will help you in your economic state.
This way you can set spiritual goals that bring you closer to God, family goals to have a functional family, professional goals, learning goals and other areas of your life.
If you specify all your negative and positive goals, you will know what you have to do this year to improve your life. Remember that you will achieve these goals this year and that you will practice them for life after this year.
This way I promise you that your life will improve. If your strategy of “let’s see what this year brings” has not worked for you for several years, try mine this year and expect results.
