 If you want your life to change, you must commit to it. Don’t be afraid to challenge your patterns and beliefs—true transformation requires it.


Talk about your fear of injury. 


It’s natural to worry about getting hurt, but don’t let that fear hold you back. Speak with your trainer about prevention and what to do if it happens.

Find a support group.
